Is the invoice generator really free?
Yes. You can create an invoice, add your logo, preview it and download the PDF without signing up or entering payment details.
What happens to my invoice details?
The invoice fields and logo are processed in your browser. They are not automatically uploaded or saved. Download your PDF before leaving or refreshing the page. Site cookies and optional analytics are explained in our privacy and cookie policies.
Can I change the currency, tax and discount?
Yes. Choose one of nine supported currencies, enter a fixed-amount discount and set a tax percentage. Tax is calculated on the subtotal after the discount. The tool does not choose a tax rate, convert currencies or determine which tax rules apply to you.
Does ReceAI send the invoice or collect payment?
This free editor creates a PDF for you to download and send yourself. Payment instructions are text you add to the document. It does not email invoices, process payments, send reminders or confirm that a customer has paid.
Which languages can I use in the PDF?
The editor and document labels are in English. PDF export supports English and supported Latin-script characters, including accented names. Other scripts may be rejected before download. Choosing a currency does not change the document language or add character support.
Can I reopen a saved invoice later?
Guest drafts have no saved invoice history or automatic cloud storage. Keep the downloaded PDF and a separate record of your invoice number and payment status. A PDF cannot be imported back into this editor.
Should I create an invoice or a receipt?
Use an invoice to describe charges and request payment. Use a receipt to acknowledge a payment you have actually checked. Downloading an invoice does not mean that it has been paid.
