ReceAI is operated by Best Partner Travel Inc. in Millbrae, California. These terms apply to our public tools and workspace services.

Receipts and your records

The free invoice generator creates PDF invoices without requiring an account. The standalone public receipt maker has been retired; existing shared receipts and workspace receipt tools remain available. Creating an invoice or receipt does not charge a customer or verify that a payment occurred. Review names, dates, amounts, taxes, tips, and payment status before using or sharing a document.

Use ReceAI for legitimate business records. Do not create false proof of payment, impersonate another business, or use the service for fraud. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting the requirements that apply to your business.

Workspace accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and grant workspace access only to authorized people. Enter or upload information only when you have permission to use it. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Optional paid plans

The standalone invoice generator is free. Optional workspace subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Review the selected plan, recurring price, and billing details shown at checkout before subscribing. See Pricing for available plans.

Workspace owners and administrators can open Manage billing from the Billing page to review available subscription controls. Check the billing portal for the effective date of a change. For cancellation help, an unexpected charge, or a refund request, contact Jerry@receai.com with the account and relevant billing details.

Privacy and sharing

Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about data use and browser technologies. Share documents and receipt links only with intended recipients, and avoid entering sensitive information that is unnecessary for the record.

Responsible use and support

Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service or another workspace. ReceAI provides record-keeping tools; generated documents and reports do not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
