Your choices

Optional analytics are off until you select Accept all or turn on Analytics and performance and save your preferences. Reject nonessential keeps only essential technologies. Continuing to browse, closing the preferences window, or using a receipt tool does not give consent.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent by selecting Reject nonessential. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and removes the optional cookies and browser-storage keys we control. It cannot recall data already sent. Your sign-in, payment functions, and receipt tools continue to work.

Your choice lasts up to 180 days on the current browser and hostname. A new browser, a different hostname, expired choice, changed policy version, or cleared cookies may require a new choice. If your browser cannot store this choice, optional analytics remain off. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other requested features.

Essential technologies

• ReceAI cookie choice: receai_cookie_consent stores the preference version, analytics choice, and choice time for up to 180 days. It contains no advertising identifier.
• Supabase sign-in: sb-…-auth-token cookies (sometimes split into numbered chunks) and temporary sign-in verification cookies support authenticated sessions. Our installed authentication library sets a maximum cookie age of 400 days; tokens and sessions can expire earlier and sign-out removes session cookies. These are kept independent of the analytics choice.
• ReceAI form drafts: receai:daytime-flow-draft:… in session storage keeps an unfinished Daytime entry available within the browser tab. It normally lasts for that tab’s session or until cleared by the app/browser. Rejecting analytics does not remove these drafts.

Vercel hosts ReceAI. Necessary request handling, operational security, and server error logs are separate from optional browser analytics. Account login security records remain active when you use authentication.

Optional analytics and performance

One optional category controls the following measurement. It is not required to create a receipt, sign in, or use a paid workspace.

• ReceAI receipt-tool measurement: receai_receipt_anon is a random identifier in a first-party cookie lasting up to 180 days. With consent, it links receipt-tool events such as starting, previewing, downloading, or opening pricing. Events can include the page, device category, country inferred from the request, item count, and amount totals. They are stored in ReceAI’s Supabase backend. The analytics request is separate from generating the PDF.
• ReceAI activity measurement: receai_activity_session_id in session storage identifies the current tab’s signed-in activity session and supports page/activity heartbeats. It normally lasts until the tab session ends. receai_auth_intent in session storage temporarily links a login or signup click to its completion; it is removed after completion or when the tab session ends.
• PostHog: when configured and permitted, PostHog receives selected page and product events and may associate them with your account and workspace identifiers after sign-in. It is configured with memory-only event persistence, lasting for the page lifetime. Automatic interaction capture, session replay, and surveys are disabled. Query strings and fragments are removed from page URLs sent through this integration. Legacy ph_… and __ph_opt_in_out_… cookies or storage keys from earlier configurations are removed when analytics is off.
• Vercel Speed Insights: the performance script loads only after analytics consent. It measures page performance; its events are checked against your current choice before being sent, including after withdrawal. Query strings and fragments are removed from the reported URL. This integration does not use a ReceAI analytics cookie to identify you.

Browser-storage lifetimes above do not describe how long already-collected records remain in provider systems. For information about personal information and requests, see our Privacy Policy. No advertising pixels or cross-site advertising cookie category are currently integrated in this website.

Payments and other service providers

Stripe supports checkout and billing when you request those services. Stripe-hosted pages may use their own necessary payment and fraud-prevention technologies. Those pages and their cookie lifetimes are controlled by Stripe; ReceAI’s preferences do not change them. We do not clear Stripe or authentication cookies when you reject analytics.

Updates and contact

We will update this policy when the technologies or choices change. A change to the consent version causes the website to ask again before enabling optional analytics.
